The "Regional Plan." tab describes some of the functions of the Williams County Regional Planning Commission.  Once in the regional planning page, several forms are available that are commonly used by the regional planning commission.  Also, the entire "Williams County Subdivision Regulations" and "Special Purpose Flood Damage Prevention Regulations" are available for download here as well.

The "Tax Map" section describes briefly what the tax map department does.  Also, the current methods to have a legal description reviewed and/or approved are listed, as well as the current "Conveyance Standards".

The "Highway Department" section has driveway pipe and yard tile applications available for download, as well as Special Hauling Permit forms and Manual.  These forms are required to work in any county highway right of way.
